We remembered Mark from a service call from our home warranty company years ago and kept his contact information. Glad we did, we wanted our ac serviced and our home warranty company was going to send a tech from another company which didn't have very good reviews. When my wife contacted them about getting Mark they said they couldn't and wouldn't send out a different vendor. Red flags to us so we contacted Mark directly. He was out that day and took care of us the following day to replace a 20 year old unit that the home warranty company was going to put a bandaid on (again) . . . Mark gave great service, immediate response, and just leaves you with the sense that he's honest and trustworthy. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our family or friends.

Our AC went down on one of those typical +110F days. Mark was out to service the AC just hours after I called in. It was a someone tricky problem, and required another visit. Mark went the extra mile to come out again to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Mark also communicated clearly the entire time - what he was observing, what he was going to do next, etc. I've used this company for several years, and I always feel like they are telling me honestly what needs to be done. They aren't adding unnecessary expenses, which I have experienced with a different company. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Had another great experience. Our fan for our upstairs unit would not shut off on a Sunday evening. I called and left a message and got a call back in under 10 minutes. Mark said he could schedule someone to come out the following afternoon. The next morning that had a cancellation early so called and came out at 8. Same tech who did install came out on the service call, knew the unit and found a shorted wire and completed a quick repair. Great service all the way around and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Zack was great. He arrived on time and was fast and friendly. Best of all the work was covered under our maintenance contract. As a non profit we are always concerned about cost, but our Mark Daniels contract was well worth it. We will definitely renew our contract when the time comes.

I have worked with Mark for many years (15+ years) and trust his advice and his service/repairs if needed, he and his employees are professional and always on time. I have never felt pressured to purchase something that I was told I might need if at all as you would with some companies. Mark takes his time to explain what he has done and what might need to be done.

Mark Daniels’ company has been servicing our home air conditioner and evaporative cooler for years. When we decided to upgrade our AC unit, Mark’s company was the first of four quotes we requested for the work. The quote was the best, and they were completely on-board with the work that we wanted to be done (several other companies did not quote as we wanted to keep the evap cooler). The job was scheduled promptly, and work was completed in about 3 to 4 hours (just as estimated). The entire crew was professional and courteous. Delighted with the results.

Mark has serviced out heating and cooling system at both home and office for about 20years. When it came time to replace our units we called him. He arranged everything including interest free financing and has done annual service since. He is knowledgeable, consistent, trustworthy and we recommend him all the time.

My A/C was blowing hot air. Was given a 4 hour window and within the hour Tech Codey called to say he would be my place within 20 mins. He was great and fixed my AC problem. I will use them again if needed.

Last night there was a funny noise coming from the attic, so I called. They came at 8;00am the next day. Replaced the motor and had my air conditioner working again in before it got hot. They are courteous and quick to respond.
