Roberto and Robert where wonderful. They explained what they would be doing and why they would be doing the work to correct an Air flow problem I was having

with my air and heat system. They added a n additional air return. My ceilings are vaulted and rather than cut through the ceiling to add an additional duct and have to have the ceiling repaired they added alarger ducting for the flow (my words). FOLKS THEY WERE C L EAN!!.. Covered my clothing in my closet, Vacuumed using their own vacuum. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. AIR & Water you are lucky to have these guys working for you!!!

Do not use this company. The people that work for your company are shady. They will say anything to get out of doing a job correctly. They installed my blower for my chiller and did not install return vent duct work the blower is blowing nasty stale air from the crawl space/attic. Also in this space between the walls you were supposed to fix a broken sewer vent pipe. Which you failed at. It is still cracked and still stinking up my apt.
I have over 20 years of maintenance/construction experience and have never seen the level of incompetence your company has displayed, 2 jobs back to back incomplete.
To everyone reading this stay away from this company, unfortunately my apartment uses them.(the venue on camelback)
And I am stuck with them. Which is terrible.

I called this company and within 1.5 hours they returned my call and were able to get to me in 3 hours Jake, the tech that came out, was very friendly, professional, polite and very knowledgeable he explained what needed to be done, got pricing from the main office and promptly got the work finished they offered me and I purchased a maintenance service agreement which ended up saving me money in the long run I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family. They were actually referred to me by my son

I've been using Air & Water Mechanical, formerly Air Factor, for two decades, and other family members now use them too. Everything they do is prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. We just replaced an HVAC system and 1 week later they sent out my regular maintenance technician just to do a post-installation inspection by a different person. I don't know how many other companies would do that but it seemed very proactive to me. We've been on their annual maintenance plan for a long time, and also had a water conditioning system put in by them.

Chris from Air & Water was outstanding. Personable and knowledgeable, with the willingness to share troubleshooting tips. I would highly recommend this service, especially Chris, and I'd like to also thank Amy in the office for her guidance in helping me get through the long weekend with her great advice on our AC before our appointment with Chris on 7/5/2022. Thank you Air & Water!

I recently purchased a new AC unit from Air & Water, along with adding some additional returns in bedrooms to increase circulation. The install went almost exactly as they said it would. They showed up when they said, and got the install done for the most part of a day, which was the expectation they set for me (it had to be replaced in parts, as the access was not nearly big enough for an AC unit). I did get some competing quotes from a few other companies, and Air & Water was much less than some of the competition. In my experience with this company, the thing that really makes me want to do business with them is the technician, Chris, is honest, knows AC in and out, and is accountable for his company's work. He makes it clear that his goal is to make sure our AC is working for us, and that if there is any problem they will take care of it. During the install of the air returns, a cat6 network cable was cut in the process (accidents happen). The installers at the time did not think they caused any issues, but when Chris stopped by to install some new thermostats and check on the work of the installers, he identified the wire was cut and was prepared to repair it right away. Knowing it was in my attic, he could have bet that I would not want to crawl in there and could have told me anything... but he owned up to someone else's mistake without any question. Since the new AC has been installed, everything is working great and we are very happy.

We have used Air & Water Mechanical for years utilizing their services ranging from AC Maintenance, Reverse Osmosis Maintenance, Hot Water Heater Maintenance and smaller plumbing services. Just had Mario Casias out to look into a leaky toilet and he was on time, professional, explained everything extremely well and very courteous. A prime example of why we will continue to use this company in the future.

I had one of my AC units go down, on a Friday night. Called Air & Mechanical when they opened on Saturday. They were able to have a technician out before noon that day. After determining the unit was not repairable, they identified a replacement and scheduled the install for the upcoming Wednesday. With both the product and labor shortages everyone is experiencing I was very happy with everything.

I have used Air, Water and Mechanical in the past when they were known as Air Factor, was impressed then and even more so now. I had an issue with my AC after hours, next morning bright and early Chris diagnosed and recommended replacement due to failure and age, Chris was extremely professional and patient with all my questions. I decided to replace ducts as well, couldn't say better things about Edgar and Anthony the installers, they were giving me updates every step of the installation process and were very efficient and professional. Very happy with the work and professionalism of everyone I dealt with in company from office giving me updates when the team was going to show up, to post install check up, my house is cooler and quieter due to all of the work done. Mario came out to help fix my sinks at our business and was great. Super helpful, clean and friendly. The sinks are in a cramped service area and he even made sure not to get in any ones way during our lunch rush. Thank you Mario.
