After 3 days w/o AC (property management issue, not Hicken's) Jake was a welcome sight! He was so good to work with...patient and a quick worker. He was so cheerful!! He stayed to make sure it was really working well....important for the 73 year old resident who just got home from the hospital!

They were able to come out same day. Shawn came out and was great. Came out quick and even completed the service faster than was expected. System is running powerfully now. Very satisfied.

Shawn was AWESOME!!! He took the time to inform and teach us on what the issue was with our AC unit. You don't get that from many other places, they usually fix it and leave. Lol But Shawn was super professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to have. Thank you Shawn!!

Hicken Air installed a new A/C unit on my house. They were responsive and worked quickly. They also gave me a good price. Installation did not go well. One of the techs put their foot through my ceiling and created a huge hole in the hallway. They spent 45 minutes crudely fixing the hole and then had someone come out later to repair it properly. The person that came out did a horrible rush job and I ended up having to pay to get it fixed

After the remainder of the installation, the A/C unit wouldn't produce cold air. I called and the techs that installed the unit came back out later that day and found it was a wiring issue.

After installation the unit has had a consistent rattle under various conditions. The techs that installed the unit came out the next day to investigate. The poked around for an hour but couldn't find the issue. I called again and another tech came out a week or two later, spent an hour trying to find the rattle, said he solved it only to have the rattle come back a couple of days later. Called again, another tech came out . . . you get the drill.

After two months I couldn't stand the rattle and called again. Hicken Air said they'd send someone out for the fourth time to take a look. No one came in the timeframe they said the tech would be out. So rattle persists.

Overall, not a great experience and to this day my A/C has a rattle that keeps me up at night. I'd find another option.

Shawn was dispatched and working on our property within just a couple hours of us making the call. Very friendly and informative, we would recommend calling these guys FIRST!

Just had a young man at our home named, Blake. I was throughly impressed with his service, his knowledge and his attention to our emergency situation. He fixed everything within an hour and made sure we were all set for our cooling needs going forward. I was was so pleased with his attitude, give that young man a raise!

Hicken llc called my wife to confirm an appointment we never made. They left a voice mail since wife didn't answer. She called back and was able to hear a rep talking in the background for a bit before they hung up on her without saying anything to her. She called back and spoke to the rep to try and find out there was an appointment that we never scheduled. There was some brief hold music and then they hung up on her again. This time I called back to ask the same thing and I was told they were going to take measurements for a replacement. Mind you we have never spoken to this company before. Our Ac unit is only 2 months old... they were being really weird and shifty on the phone putting us on hold without letting us know before hand. They didn't disclose how they got my wife's number or how this appointment was set up. Too weird. No clue who they are but I would not recommend doing business with this company whose reps don't know how/aren't trained to talk to customers.

We just had Tyler from Hicken Air come service our AC Unit in preparationfor summer. Not only was he exactly on time (that never happens where we live), he was also very easy to work with, knowledgeable, kind to everyone in the home including the kiddos, and he answered all my questions without any high pressure sales tactics. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything after he was done. I highly recommend Hicken Air!

Shawn and Kyle went beyond my expectations. Both of them were super friendly (even with my pets!) and took the time to get our AC running again. If anybody has to work on my AC again, I hope it's them.
