Shawn showed up to our house earlier then expected which was perfect! Shawn was super friendly and explained to us what was going on with our ac and why it wasn’t working. He adjusted a few things and had our ac blowing cold air within 10 minutes of arriving. Shawn was great, highly recommended!

Shawn was very friendly and helpful to our family in time of need when our house was 85 degrees with our small child. Hicken Air is definitely a trusted company to come swiftly and get your house cool again!!

I have been using Hicken Air for about 11 years now. They have replaced 2 of my 3 HVAC system in the years i have been using them. Today Shawn serviced 2 of my systems. Shawn is extremely good at his job, friendly & very trustworthy.

Excellent service. Shawn arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately upon seeing the unit. He had all the parts needed and was able to get everything up and running within 30 minutes. Was a pleasure to speak with him as well. Great guy!

Shawn was the ac guy that came to help. We have been having issues and have had several other guys from the same company say that they fixed the issue. However later that night or the next day the ac would stop working. When they sent Shawn he actually went up into my attic and found the issue. My ac has been working now for days without any issues. I highly recommend Shawn.

As luck would have it, our AC gave out during arguably the hottest day of the year. We called Hicken Air last night based on a referral from a family member that had used them in the past. They set up an appointment for us for this morning. Brett and Kyle showed up at their quoted time. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything step by step. (Fingers crossed we never have to see them again....) But if we ever have AC problems again in the future, we will be sure to call Hicken! Thank you!

Our AC capacitor went bad and Shawn came out in an emergency on a Sunday to fix it! He was super helpful and walked me through what he was doing so I could learn! Really nice guy and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Shawn is the man!

Shawn was great! Polite, friendly, informed and thorough. He addressed every concern and listens to his customers. My children even commented on how incredibly nice he was AND he is great with dogs (ours is a big one)!
