We kicked on our AC for the first time after having it off during the winter and it just wasn’t cooling our house. We reached out to our property management company and they sent Shawn H. from Hicken Air the same day. Shawn’s professionalism was amazing. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way which I myself appreciate a lot. (Especially since we work from home and house 3 obnoxious barkers) Shawn quickly diagnosed the problem and had the AC unit fixed and cooling off our house again in about 15 minutes. Amazing service from Shawn and Hicken Air and would 11/10 recommend them for your HVAC needs.

This company runs a smooth operation for sure. Needed after hours service call on a weekend. They fit me in and worked pretty late into the night to get my system working again. The tech, Shawn, was great. He took the time to understand what was happening with my HVAC system, diagnose it and get it up and running. The best part of all was his attitude. Even though he worked late into the evening on a Saturday night, he wasn’t put out at all. His attitude was great. It took much longer than planned and he stuck in there to get us up and running. He represented his company well and provided an extraordinary service. Much appreciated Hicken Air (and Shawn)!!
