We just recently moved into a new home and the AC wasn’t working. Two techs Shawn and Forrest arrived and were extremely professional and got right to work. In less than an hour we were up and running. I would highly recommend this company and Shawn even left us with some tips for summer and filter best practices.

Hicken Air is a great company! Shawn and Antonio are excellent at their job. I appreciated their knowledge , and kindness . They replaced a major part of my AC. Made sure there was a drop cloth and vacuumed up when all was complete. I definitely recommend this company if you want quality service. Make sure you ask for Shawn and Antonio👍

Shawn and Victor were phenomenal. Hicken Air installed our new A/C and Shawn and Victor came out to fix our thermostat so we could get some heat on the first cold AZ day! Thank you! Highly recommend. Start to finish, they are always professional, accommodating and friendly!

This is the second time I've used Hicken Air to repair my AC system since I started renting my current home and have had great service both times. They are professional and helpful setting up appointment for service and Shawn who came out and checked out my unit was very friendly and helpful. He figured out the issue quickly and explained it well and even explained how capacitors worked and why it's important. Will definitely call them next time I have an issue.

Our technician, Shawn, was amazing. Great attitude and was quick to get to work diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They were done no time flat and gave us a comprehensive run down of what the issue was, how it was fixed, as well as what to expect in the future.

Great guy all around and really got us out of a rough situation. Easily the best service I've experienced when it comes to fixing an HVAC system!

Can't recommend this place enough, they're better than the big names in town. Scheduled a tune-up for my AC system and I'm glad I did. We had recently renovated and the tech, Tyler, found a ton of drywall dust and other debris inside the machinery. He cleaned it all out and now my system runs like a dream. Tyler was prompt, friendly and thorough. If you need help with your AC, call these guys first!

Edit 2/16/23: Shawn and Dillon just completed a tune up on my unit and did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, thorough and now I feel ready for the summer heat!

Serviceman Shawn was on time, very professional, polite and explained the findings and what repairs were performed. Shawn made the work area was cleaned before leaving.

Wouldn’t definitely recommend them
