We had Hicken Air install two air conditioning units recently. Kyle and Cody were a pleasure to work with, being mindful of me working from home, and doing everything they could to be courtious and professional. After installing our new thermostats, they helped my wife with the app. making sure she had everything programmed and ready to go before they left. We also appreciated them doing a thorough job of cleaning up. All in all, this was a great experience. Shout out to Travis who came early to see the property, and to make sure Kyle and Cody had everything they needed to complete the job smoothly.

We have had Hicken Air do work for us several times over the years and they honestly seem to exceed our expectations more every time. They have done a whole A/C system replacement, tune ups and other work. The price has always been very fair and the honesty is unmatched. It's the best to have a feeling of trust and then to see great results.

We had a very good experience with Hicken Air. Jake came out last weekend in the evening and fixed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.
Additionally, everyone that we interacted with in the office was also very courteous and a great help. Thank you that everything is now working in the heat spell that we are experiencing here in Arizona right now!!

Thank you Hicken Air for sending Jake out to service our A/C, he was very knowledgeable and he took the time to fix the problem and other underlying issues so me and my family could enjoy cold air after 3 days of no A/C. Thank you Again for your service and information on how to properly change the Air filters. I would also like to mention that it's nice to actually be able talk to someone who is friendly.

Very unprofessional, outright lies about scheduling then no apologies. I've been waiting over a month 'for a part they ordered'... sounds like a big lie to me. I could have gotten them a lot of work but oh hell no I would never recommend them. Their 'hold' music is entirely rude and insulting.
They finally came back and supposedly finished the work a month later but now the roof leaks at the ac vent so they didn't do a very good job.

The condenser fan went out on our A/C on a 115° day and Shawn arrived on time (3:15pm) and replaced it. The AZ heat can be murder on A/C units. Unfortunately, the replacement was defective (no one's fault) and after an hour it stopped working. By now it was 7:00pm. I texted Shawn and gave him the bad news, and he could have easily said I'll be back in the morning, but he didn't. He turned around and came straight back and replaced it again! He stayed to make sure it was working properly and didn't leave until nearly 10:30pm! Great customer service, a good attitude (with a smile), and completing the job so my family was comfortable. Thank you, Shawn...you're a lifesaver!!

Shawn from Hicken Air really came through for our family! He could have easily put us off until the next day but instead he stayed way late and finished a two-man job on his own. He didn't complain once and actually insisted that he get the job done. Amazing!

My experience with Hicken Air has been more than I could have asked for. My AC broke during a heat wave. The staff at Hicken Air were very responsive and gave me a prompt appointment to come examine the problem. The technician (David C.) arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant, and did a thorough review. He coordinated with everyone including his coworkers, the manufacturer, the leasing company, and even got a crane to come over to install a new unit a little later the same day. The whole process (except the AC unit breaking) has been wonderful. Thank you very much!

We called @ 5:30 PM to get assistance for our broken AC! Shawn arrived @ 6 PM! Extremely helpful, explained what was going on, efficient and fixed the AC immediately. Very grateful he saved the night! We live in AZ, so no AC is no joke. Lol. Thank you Shawn! We will definitely be doing business with you again for AC issues.
