Hicken Air

I was so happy to have Hicken Air come out to my house for my tune-up the other month. They caught a small issue that could have been a big issue (very costly) had it waited a few more months. All repairs were made the same day so no down time!

I also joined the Keep It Cool club to help give my family a peace of mind on having my AC work during these hot AZ Summer's.

Our technician was very kind and on time. He answered all our questions and showed us how to use our new Nest thermostats and sensors.

Had the best experience with Hicken Air. Every time I called, the young lady who answers the phone, was very patient and understanding of my frustrations with my A/C not working properly. Tyler and Louis both came out on separate occasions, and were extremely friendly, explaining what they were doing to try to fix my A/C. When it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced on a Thursday morning, Hicken Air had an installation scheduled for 2 days later, Saturday. Johnny came out and took about 5-6 hours to replace all aspects of the unit, in the attic and in the backyard. I couldn't even tell he had been there when he left, he cleaned up so well when he was done. He also made sure that he checked the air flow in all the vents and re-routed the air flow as needed so that the rooms were all getting air now. Would highly recommend this company to everyone and anyone. FANTASTIC EXPERIEINCE.

We just used Hicken Air for the first time and the two techs that came out and helped us, Jake & Orlando, were phenomenal. Orlando was able to access our super inconveniently placed attic door, and Jake was beyond professional in explaining the process throughout. Will definitely use again!

Tyler came out and looked at our AC and he was very polite and informative. Every thing he checked and/or fixed he informed us. He also provided pictures of what he found in the attic that may have been causing the issue. Great customer service and knowledgeable. He arrived early and was in and out quickly. Definitely a great experience with Hicken Air.

Couldn’t be happier with my service from Hicken Air! Called and needed a check on my A/C before summer and they had me scheduled quickly. The technicians that came to my house we very friendly and worked quickly! I will definitely be using them for any future air conditioning needs.

The first visit from Jake was incredible. At this point I had been living in a home at 90 degrees for days and he was GREAT. If it was only him this would be 5 stars. HOWEVER, the second visit, some other men came and not only were rude to me upon finding out I wasn't the one paying their bill that day and got sassy when I tried to explain and ongoing problem to try to help them identify issues. Which is whatever, I get it. It's hot. But the big thing is when when they were finishing up they left the door wide open without telling me they were leaving. I was in the home alone for an hour with the door open and I didn't even know and I don't live in the best neighborhood. Like at least just tell me you're going?

Shawn is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The whole process of my AC preventive maintenance was all positive and stress-free.

Hicken Air is an awesome company. They came out and fixed the mistakes of the last company I used for HVAC maintenance. They took their time and were very thorough on the repairs. Highly recommended!
