Hicken Air

Hicken Air was very responsive in helping me fix my AC issue quickly and professionally. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful and showed up within the window that was given to me. I would recommend Hicken Air to anyone that is looking to have their AC unit repaired or maintained.

I don’t think anyone wants to call in a repair for an AC at any given time however, should the unfortunate arise there’s only team to call and that’s Hicken Air. We interacted with their office staff and three of their techs (Brandon, Shawn and Kyle) if there was ever a time I felt like it was family who was helping us get something done it was with these gentlemen. Thank you Hicken Air!!!!

Jake was the service tech that showed up to service our ac. He called a couple hours before our scheduled time to let us know he was available sooner, thank god cause its summer time and hot. Within the hour he had the air blowing cool again. He was helpful, explained the situation and had solutions to the problem. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you for keeping our family cool and the professional manner . highly recommend.

Antonio and Jose came out to our house on a Saturday night and really saved us. They were kind, attentive, respectful and very professional. They went above and beyond to fix our system and we are very grateful to them.

Jake was very polite and professional. He quickly assessed the issue with our A/C and fixed the malfunction in a very timely manner. Jake was also very mindful of our sleeping toddler; changing our filters and testing the thermostat with no disruption of our son's naptime. We had an awesome experience with Hicken Air!!! We returned home from church last Saturday night to our AC broken and a hot house. My husband called Hicken and Jose & Antonio were there within an hour and had us up and cool again in no time!! We appreciated them coming so quickly on a Saturday night.
