Our basement sump pump stopped working early in the morning. I called Mason Pro Services at 7 am. A plumber arrived at 9:30 and found the problem, retrieved the parts needed, and was done by noon.
It was a big job but this plumber was capable, knowledgeable, kind, clean, and careful.
I'm extremely happy. This is my second time using this company for plumbing. I will call again if needed.

We were referred to MASON PRO SERVICES by another company. Initially it was for A/C tune up; while talking, we scheduled them to service our kitchen faucet which had lost pressure, and service our RO as well. Their prices were fair. Moreover, their communication, professionalism, and promptness were great. I recommend this company for any applicable household maintenance because of the overall service we received from the office and the techs.

Had electrical problem, traced back a loose common wire and fixed my problem. Was very professional, punctual and courteous! Did not try to up sell me anything like other companies ive used in the past, just recommendations. I Will definitely use them again for all my needs...

I called early morning with a water main break, so no water. They told me that they don't have anyone available until afternoon but they would try to move some things around.
Within 5 minutes, I get a call back, David is on his way and will be there in 30 min
David shows up ~15 minutes later and fixed the leak in ~20 minutes. Bamm! I have water again.
I had been calling everywhere with no luck. I went from no water to problem fixed in a an hour once a got ahold of Mason.
You just don't find great customer service AND quality workmanship like that anymore.

Our ac/heating breaker recently blew. My husband was able to repair. However, it was recommended that an electrician evaluate in addition to assessing our electrical panel (that was built in 1990). I called Mason Mechanical and they sent Christian (electrician) to our home. He was very thorough by evaluating the breaker replacement my husband did in addition to evaluating the age and condition of our electrical panel. Christian was very transparent and honest, recommending replacement but did not tell us it was necessary. I greatly appreciate the honesty. Christian was very knowledgeable and relayed information to me in a manner that I understood. He is a an great representative of a fine company and a very nice young man!

The plumbing techs and AC techs are the best in Phoenix area! They might be a small amount more expensive, but job is done right with NO reworks. Always on time and great communication from the main office. I have been using then 4 years now with no complaints. AC repairs, AC maintenance, new toilets, and numerous other repairs including a complete water soft system. 47 year old house.

Any plumbing repairs I have will always be Mason Pro. Once I find a company with an amazing individual like Karate - I’m not going anywhere. He explains so I can understand, he doesn’t speak as if he is my last choice and I have to take it or it won’t get done. The finish product is ALWAYS amazing and the prices are great.
