Mike installed an electrical circuit from the main panel to our level II Tesla charger in the garage. From initial quote through final installation Mike and team were courteous, professional and responsive. Very clean and neat installation.

I had a tech come out to look at my ceiling fan that was turning on by itself. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to help! The best part was for minor fixes the tech explained how I could do it on my own to avoid additional costs in the future. The educational piece is why I would use them again. Friendly and fast service!

I've used Mason 2 times now and each time they were amazing. First time was to service my AC and second, most recent time was for a plumbing leak. Stevey was awesomen he thoroughly fixed the issue. Highly recommend this company!

Mason Pro Services has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and their service was excellent. I had multiple jobs completed over the course of two days with Christian present both days. Jobs included: removal of garage ceiling lights and new CAM lights installed, cable installed in a new drop, new utility room light, adding anew outlet in garage, and moved an outdoor switch to new location. Jeff attended the second day. Both men were professional, answered questions, and attended to providing quality customer service. I would highly recommend them.

The rep on the phone was thorough, courteous and scheduled my services quickly. Stevie was the technician that came out to my home and he was absolutely amazing. We did a walk through room by room and he listened to all my concerns, inspected each and every thing on my list, fixed one of the leaks on the spot, made a plan as to what needed to be done next, and im looking forward to having everything completed in the near future. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and just all around kind. Im new to the area and chose this company because of their 5 star rating, but I have to say, 5 stars just isn't enough. 1) Another excellent experience with Mason Pro Services. Bryan, the technician, thoroughly cleaned my HVAC system as well as doing a visual of my water heater. He was knowledgeable, educational, professional, and friendly. In future, I will be taking advantage of a Fall/Spring Maintenance Plan. I feel very comfortable with Mason Pro. They vet their employees, like Bryan, extremely well so that you know the job will be done right. I highly recommend this company.

2) I took advantage of Electrical repairs needed. Electrician, Mike, came right on time. He was courteous, professional, covered pricing, and listened to what I had to say. He explained my options as things arose. I immediately had confidence that this man knew what he was doing. And when he finished, he cleaned up after himself. I requested a quote for some electrical work. They have done work for me previously when I changed my stove top from electrical to gas. Christian showed up on time was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me several options and will provide a couple of quotes.
