Mason Pro Services came out to install a new a/c and heating system. They were realistic with their timelines given the AZ heat and their services being in high demand at the moment. They were also very responsive and I knew I’d be able to trust them. If I ever need assistance with my HVAC needs in the future, they’ll be the first group I’d call.

The techs that assisted at my residence were very knowledgeable and very willing to explain the issues going on with my system.

Overall, excellent job from start to finish!

From the first phone call to the follow up visit after the install. I was impressed with the service we received. They did everything that was promised and did it on time and as per the Quote. It takes a team working together to do this. Thanks Joe and crew.

Super great service and much better prices than the other estimates I got. The guy arrived on time, was quick, walked me through what he was doing and came up with a better solution than what I thought was needed. Highly recommend and will use them in the future!

2022 -UPDATE: Mason came out today for my yearly checkup, all is well as usual.
2018 These guys installed my unit on my previous home so they were my first call to replace my elderly unit in my new place. They are very dependable and always on time. They are very neat and organized. I love that they are polite and will explain anything you need. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is and I love the app to control the unit. Another outstanding experience with Mason Mechanical.

They handled our A/C / Heater installation last year. And that was a flawless evolution with no complaints whatsoever.

Yesterday when I needed a plumber for a unique hot water heater issue, I called a local plumber “recommended” from a social media community site. Let’s just say this recommended plumber was more about making a sales call vs solving a problem.

I recalled Mason ALSO does plumbing services. I called, set up the appointment for today and David was very knowledgeable, professional and walked me through the process of addressing our issue.
