I own a commercial construction company and was forced to work with Mason for several commercial jobs. I was truly impressed by them so I signed up with them for my residence.

The level of professional communication and service is the best I’ve ever seen in AZ. Derek is the most knowledgeable Tech I’ve ever met.

Pricing is not lowest but not unreasonable either and in this industry, integrity is the priority. I’ve witnessed it from several directions and am still feeling very confident and comfortable with it after hiring them myself on the residential side.

Had Mason Pro Services complete a whole page of electrical issues for me. They even called to see if tgey could start earlier than scheduled. They spent most of a day repairing GFCI outlets, light switches, and a cut wire in my attic another technician damaged on another unrelated job. They installed 7 new LED light fixtures in my garage and a new light in the attic. They took care of my to do list with skill and expertise that I lack, getting it all done and leaving me satisfied it was done right. Thank you Jeff!!

Jim Emmons (Tech) was timely, efficient and professional. Our service with Mason Pro Services was the result of our previous guy retiring and recommending them. We are very satisfied. We also had a surge protector installed as we had one on the previous unit in case of storms or power outage.
