Our A/C stopped cooling (of course) and we have always used Mason, in fact they installed the unit we have17 some odd years ago , and kept it running all that time.
Bryan was sent out to assess the problem, and it is old, so yes we need a new one.There are so many things wrong with it that are cost prohibitive.
Joe the wonderful finance guy came to our home to try to help us with getting a new unit. We are waiting on finance, so that is where I'll leave that.
This company is amazing, and caring, and professional. I will always call Mason Pro Service. They truly care, and are excellent.

My malfunctioning water heater was diagnosed and a replacement installed in a matter of hours. The plumber explained things clearly. I'm happy.

Can’t believe how quiet my new air conditioner is. My 15 year old system broke down 3 times in the last 2 months. I verified all the work they did with a friend in the business and the said it was completed better and faster than they could have gotten it done. I decided to replace my two heat pumps. My salesperson did an excellent job on educating me on my options. Did not try to push a certain solution. The installation technicians were very professional and cleaned up after doing their work. Came back to perform a post installation review which gave me peace of mind. Company has been in existence since 1993. Very positive experience on a big investment.

John was amazing! Extremely professional and quick to get the job done. We had him change out some light switch boxes, install a bathroom and kitchen fixture, hall light, ceiling fan and rewired some circuits in our panel box outside. He even took the time to look at another future project and through out a quick estimate to complete it.

After an electrical fire in my dryer outlet, I called 5 electricians to identify issue and replace damaged outlet. Mason Pro Services was the only one I found with a reasonable estimate. They sent Christian to address that issue and a few other nonfunctional outlets. What a professional! I cannot be more pleased with the work done in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges or upsale. He gave me several estimates to fit my budget depending on how much I wanted replaced. Christian was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call Mason Pro Services when the next money pit issue hits. Great company!

I also had a plumbing issue with my tankless water heater and RO system. David diagnosed and repaired the issues quickly and professionally. He laid out several options for future improvements without the sales pitch. A few weeks later, he also went out of his way to help me figure out a related issue over the phone, thus saving me the time, money and aggravation of addressing the wrong problem. David came within a couple of hours to help us with a leak. And finished the whole job the same day. And he referred a restoration company to help us with the damage. They also came the same day. It was great!

We lived in our home for 2 summers DYING from the heat. It wouldn't get below 87 INSIDE! It was horrendous. Home warranty covered nothing! Mason Mechanical was the 3rd quote we got and they GUARANTEED we'd be cool in the summer.
