Mason Pro Services

I asked at Church if anyone knew a plumber that wouldn't gouge us. One of the staff said the church used Mason Pro Services and they were reliable and trustworthy and reasonable.(of utmost importance). When I called, the person answering the phone was empathetic, polite, and asked if I would be at home today as he could send a plumber out within a couple of hours! The person who came was MIke and he was great. He explained what he would do and exactly how much it would cost. When the first problem was solved, a second arose. Once again Mike explained what he would do and the cost. This time the problem(s) were totally solved and my wife and I were happy campers. I think Mike should get a raise and I without reservation do recommend Mason Pro Services.

Mason Pro Services is one of the very best companies operating in the Phoenix Metro area. I've used them for AC (four new Trains over the years -- all excellent; electrical and plumbing. They are honest, reliable, professional and top notch. Unreservedly recommended.

David came out to detect where our leak was. He was only there food 10 minutes and found the problem. David was fantastic and so nice. He offered us advice and even a company who deals with restoration. They came out the same day too.
This Mason Pro was “Johnny on the spot” and I’m so thankful I found this company on Google.

Our tech was very professional. I feel he did a thorough job as far as the maintenance he performed on our unit. He let us know that our unit is old (14yrs) and soon it will need to be replaced. Of course it wasn't anything we wanted to hear but knew it was happening. So I have agreed to sit down with somebody and figure out what our options are going to be. I have not yet made the appointment but I'm going to and then I can do the review for the rest of this. So far I'm very happy. Thank you, Mason

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I am happy with my experience with Mason Pros. I called a few companies before booking and chose them because they weren’t pushing an annual plan. My technician, Michael, was so helpful and nice. No scare tactics; just professional. I would recommend Mason Pros and Michael to friends.

Cristian Mendez was a wonderful person to work with. He’s very knowledgeable very kind and professional. I would definitely reach out in the future to Mason services and request Christian for future projects.

I highly recommend Mason Pro Services. I needed a 220v outlet put in. They were flexible with my schedule and accommodated me the same day. Christian, the electrician, did the work perfectly. Thank you!

Jim came out today to do our yearly inspection before it gets warm out. He was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. He answered all of our questions and concerns. I 100% recommend Mason Pro Services!

We had an unusual plumbing issue and called David from Mason Services to get a second opinion. He assessed the problem, made recommendations and was quite knowledgeable on the subject. We will definitely call him back when this needs to be fixed and for any other problems that arise.
