All the technician tried to do is sell me a completely new AC. He didn't even bother to check out the problem, stating only the system is old and needs to be replaced. I called another company, they came, did a short repair for $ 90 and everything worked nicely. Stay away from them.

She was the daughter of the man who started this business 50 years ago. He started out by reading a book on air conditioners. The place has a bunch of cool collectables. We called this company for help to have our Roof Top AC unit looked at, as another company suggested we absolutely needed a brand new unit. We though we would get a second opinion. They sent a service Tech out named Jeremy and he was so so helpful! We were facing a bill of 6 thousand dollars for a new unit. Jeremy gave us 3 options and we asked for a Freon Top Up. He serviced our AC for under $300.00! There are no guarantees on anything these days, but he felt we could get a few more years out of a top up. We are so happy with his service and expertise. This company had Freon and topped up the Freon for us. It is so good to work with honest people, when everyone out there just wants to sell you something New. I would recommend this company!

Very satisfied with the way Hendel’s repaired my AC unit. I was first quoted 14k by another company and repair time would take several days. So I went to hendle’s for a second opinion. Hendel’s diagnosed the problem and they fixed it right then and there for a fraction of the cost.

Horrible experience. My AC was not working. They charged $139 for an assessment. The tech had no idea what was wrong after his assessment and said he would need to charge me $200/hour to further diagnose. He literally asked me why i didn't call the company that installed the AC unit instead of Hendels. I gave him 1 hour, as i was desperate for AC. After one hour, he said that i needed my EEV module replaced (a board in the air handler). I only had the unit for 4 years, so I asked him to quickly let me know if this was under warranty. When i called back to get update, they said my "whole drive" would need to be replaced (couldn't explain why). When i called a third time (more than 24 hours later), they said that they had not yet heard back from Trane on my warranty, and it may take weeks to get necessary parts, and couldn't tell me when they would know about my warranty (again, i was living with no AC). I called Trane myself and in 2 minutes found out my system was still under warranty, but the warranty was expiring in 4 days. They thought the circumstances around the repair shop not getting details on the warranty for more than a day was very suspicious (perhaps they were waiting for the warranty to expire). They recommended i find an authorized Trane repair company. I did this, the company came out and within one hour had my AC up and running. Not weeks for new parts, 1 hour. These people are SCAMMERS!

A/C went out right before our little kids went to bed. In AZ, you know this is a problem. Ha. We called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Our tech, Jeremy, identified the problem almost immediately and was able to get it fixed in no time. He was great! When we called, it being late in the day, we didn’t think we’d be able to have someone come until the next day. So, overall, just a great experience. From the person we dealt with in the phone to our tech, Jeremy. Great company and will definitely call them if any issues arise in the future.
