Hendel's is a fair and honest company. They assisted me on two occasions to get my AC back up and working, which extended the life of my old unit by 3 years. Then when it finally gave out and started leaking coolant they installed a new, high quality system at a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

The technician Mathew who was sent to do AC diagnostics for me was very friendly, down to earth and professional. He was very knowledgeable & informative. Took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. I will definitely do business with them in the future!

My family and I have used Hendel's previously, and I am always very satisfied with the work they do. This time was no exception. When my AC unit was starting to go out, I decided to replace it before it went completely out. Hendel's came and gave me a fair estimate and within a few days I had a new AC and the house was much cooler. Mario and Abraham were amazing. They worked hard and cleaned everything up immaculately when they were done. Hendel's sent someone out the next day to repair my garage/attic opening which was not large enough for the unit, and you cannot even tell anything was done to it! I will definitely call on Hendel's again in the future.

I’ve used Hendels exclusively for all of my HVAC needs at my home and office for several years now. They’ve always exceeded my expectations. The office staff and the service techs both do a great job. They have been in business for a long time and once you use there services you will easily understand why they have lasted so long. I wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else but Hendels AC.

I generally love Hendel’s. Bought a new 5 Ton American Standard unit from them & it hums. Installer both friendly & knowledgeable. Pricing decent. So I also sent them a referral completed Sale for a large unit for my CEO. But they have to tweak their service timing. I just canceled “routine maintenance” today because I couldn’t afford to continue to take time off work to hang around for a full 4hrs. Once inside that window, they should have the scheduling timing or software to quantify that. I know in the summer units go down. They can prioritize those—I would gladly go last ! But simply give me better time frame once well INSIDE the window. I could live with an hour or two perhaps. Frustrating !!

EDIT: I very much appreciate the response from someone at Hendel's on the updated service scheduling. But all they did is re-iterate what I already knew. A 30 minute call JUST before does not address the situation. I STILL have to block out the entire 4 hour window of my work day ! I routinely get OTHER services done (I get my carpet cleaned at least twice a yr, if not more--but that is just one example) and ONCE you arriving up upon that 4 hour slot, those other entities are able to THEN tell me when (within an hour or two) they will be arriving. So I can schedule in some of my own work. IF I am NOT mistaken, Hendels still claims they WILL arrive within that 4 hour window (unless later), correct ?? Or maybe they can't commit because at the end of those 4 hours they say--SORRY--we have to push you to another day (?) So they SHOULD be able to give you a better window---at that time. I know Hendel's is a very busy company. I appreciate that. But their customers are ALL busy as well.

The Hendel’s Team was very responsive throughout the process and provided a good price & warranty. Their customer service was extraordinary. They completed rebate paperwork for us, helped with warranty terms, and kept a clean work space during the install. Our neighbors recommended them to us and received a check too!

The quote was fair, the American Standard A/C unit they offered has a good industry rating, and Hendel's offered flexible financing and extended warranties.

The installers, Javier & Abraham were professional, punctual, courteous, friendly, informative and patient educators.
