I just had James over to perform a diagnostic and provide options for a replacement. If all servicemen were like him, the world would be 20% better. I appreciate his transparency and knowledge. No BS and was straightforward.

As this was part of a prepaid maintenance package, Hector performed a spring maintenance service on the AC function of our American Standard unit. I observed a low spot in the condensate line and he addressed that by cutting/raising one side of the PVC pipe coming out of the unit as well as installing a metal strap in the middle of the sagging line to maintain a downward flow. He observed a significant amount of water flowing through the line and assured me that it will be draining properly now.

Made my first call this morning to inquire about warranty work. They were very friendly and set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech was right on time and competent. Diagnosed the problem quickly, located the needed part and set up an appointment for the next day. No doubt I’ll use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Recent storm caused one of my units to stop working. I searched for a locally-owned business and found Chandler Air. I submitted a request for an appointment online and received a follow-up call in a couple of hours to confirm a next-day appointment. Their technician James was incredibly quick to find the root cause and explain to me the needed repairs in detail, which he finished in a few hours. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan as well.

Chandler Air was great about getting a technician to my house as soon as possible even though it was the weekend and in the middle of the summer.

My technician Hector was friendly and professional. The problem was located and fixed quickly. I inspected some of the work Hector did. He also went above and beyond to make it easier to manage next time anyone were to see the same issue arise. Even if it wasn't Chandler Air, he was just helping the next guy. Hector also gave me some tips specific to my setup to keep my AC unit running longer which I'll be implementing asap.

Came the same day I called. Cleaned the coils on the HVAC system. Replaced ductwork to HVAC. Fair price.

First of all, I loved that this company gave me only an hour window for the service technician to be at my house, compared to other companies who’s time frame was 2-4 hours. Hector called 20 min before arrival and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and didn’t try to hassle me and say I needed to do other maintenance or repairs that I didn’t need. He offered some good suggestions for things that would make sense for me and my house, but that was all. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I will definitely be using him again!

The team at chandler air went above and beyond! I had an old unit that went out on me and my duct work was cooling and heating my attic. I chatted with Ryan and Aaron, not only did they do a great job but they quoted me even better price. So if you want the best work for a fair price give them a call!
Also, the techs that’s came out were awesome too! My puppy kept licking them to death and they didn’t mind lol. So I would say they’re pet friendly as well! Thanks!
