Excellent service. They are very responsive, prompt, and professional. The unit arrived at 7:30am and they had completed the job by 9:30am. I highly recommend hiring this company.

After spending 5 minutes on the phone setting up an appointment with a gentleman that continuously talked over me and didn't seem interested in my business, I was told the tech will be here 2PM - 6PM the following day. He asked what the issue was and when I started explaining he interrupted me again and rudely told me to save it for the tech. Waited at home throughout the scheduled arrival window and no one showed up and I was never contacted. Called Chandler Air and they said they never heard of me. I went ahead and made an appointment with Air Time Cooling & Heating, which immediately provided text confirmation of my appointment, which was taken by the owner. Forget Chandler Air. They do not care for you business.

My husband and we're having to have someone come fix our AC unit so we found Chandler Air and had them come out to fix the unit. By the time he had finished fixing it we had an appointment to have a complete new unit put in. The unit was scheduled for Friday. Chance and Louis were here at 7:30 as scheduled. They were very considerate about putting a cover over the shelving to protect the dust from getting on our things. They did exactly was told they would do and if we asked any questions they answered all questions and explained how to operate the unit. They made sure we understood everything before they left. If you are in need of any AC or heating services you won't go wrong with Chandler Air and their techs.

Chandler air just finished replacing my rooftop air-conditioning system. They arrived on time, took them about three hours. The price was fair, service was impeccable! I give them 5 STARS!!

Luis and Dexter installed our new unit today and did a great job! They arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were professional throughout the entire install, and our unit is working great! We have had a very positive experience with Chandler Air since day one. We are very happy and 100% recommend this company.

These guys are great!! Jacob was the tech that came out to take a look at my system and he really knew his stuff. He was friendly and courteous and didn't have any issues explaining what he was going to do, what might needed to be done and giving a detailed breakdown of what it might cost depending on what he had to do. All in all he found the problem and took care of it. Awesome guy to deal with.

James was professional, and did a fabulous job, reassuring us. Everything was working well.

Showed up within three hours of contacting them. Made repairs house is cooling just fine.
