Chandler Air

I got a very good and fair quote for a new air condition unit on Tuesday 5/17/22 and it was installed today, Monday 5/23/22. Excellent company and service who did exactly what they said they would. They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I HIGHLY recommend Chandler Air!

I was previously part of a loyalty customer program with another company. My AC stopped working and contacted this company who scheduled right away, the next day for a 2-6pm time slot on a Thursday. I received a call around 5:45pm stating that the technician would not be able to make it and was rescheduled the next day, Friday between 10-2pm. After calling four times and having four different employees guarantee me the technician would be at my house, I received a call at 8:45pm that they would not. I immediately canceled any follow up, canceled my loyalty customer plan without a single apology from the company.

I contacted Chandler Air at 7:45 the next morning and a technician was at my house in less then an hour. Was professional, courteous and even apologetic for what we had gone through with the previous company. I received more of an apology from Chandler Air (who had nothing to do with the previous poor service) then the previous company. I will definitely be using Chandler Air for all of my AC needs in the future and will also make sure those around me know of their great service.

Chandler Air is a very reputable company.
An annual maintenance check up was performed. Our technician was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly checked our entire system.

I have used Chandler Air several times for business and residential and they always strive to be the best. My dad's air conditioning went out and James responded with same day service. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He contacted me prior to arriving at the residence just as I was told he would when I called for the appointment. Once he arrived, he immediately diagnosed the issue, gave us detailed information regarding the problem, provided a solution and advised on the cost. He then fixed the problem and had my dad's air conditioner back up and running within 15 minutes of arriving. James was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to recommend Chandler Air as they continue to be awesome and James showed that he is a great asset to the Chandler Air team. Thank you!

Hector arrived within half an hour of my initial call, and did a fantastic job repairing my cracked condensate drain line in just a few minutes. He also made sure there were no blockages downstream.

Technician Eli looked at the issue with my AC and found that the previous company had deliberately sabotaged my system. Eli made the corrections and my system is working great. Really appreciated his honesty and integrity.. I would 100% use Chandler Air again.

This company was great when I had the unit installed. Recently the coil in the air handler got a leak and until it was able to be changed they came out and kept the unit running and my home comfortable. They have always been a good wholesome honest company and don’t treat you other then a client they would like to retain for a lifetime.

Tech was very knowledgeable and had the ac up & running within 20 minutes.

Chandler Air continues to be our go-to for AC service. I called this morning when our AC wasn't blowing very cold air, and Hector was here by noon. Ten minutes later, it's blasting frosty air! I trust these people, and they have anyways done right by us. Thanks again.
