The tech was knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion. My AC was in good shape and didn't require any repair. I will use Chandler Air again for AC related needs.

James is very personable and very thorough. He takes the time to explain the noises and if normal or not concerning the handler. He’s been out twice so far and I would definitely consider this company again if needed again.

Brian come out on time and did a great job inspecting my Trane A/C unit! He checked all the capacitors, voltages and currents and helped me clean the coils on the condenser. I am very happy with his work!!

I rarely leave a bad review but unfortunately I feel I need to in this case as this is can be an industry like any other with less than honorable intentions. Chandler Air has been a disappointment since the word go. It seems like every tech that has come out has been unprofessional and seemingly unqualified for the work. I've had two separate residential jobs that fell short of my expectations.
There are better options, do your homework.

Excellent to work with and very prompt! I would recommend to anyone, they really go above and beyond. We had a new HVAC system put in, all was done quickly and with great communication.

I encountered issues with my hvac unit and Chandler Air were responsive I'm getting me same day appointment. James, out technician, explained what went wrong and even gave a good deal on annual maintenance. Recommend them.

Had a unit stop working. Hector came out, was very friendly, diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit 15 min later. He noticed a problem with our 2nd AC unit and recommended we get a quote to replace it. The oil that appears to be coming from the unit would mean repairs not worth making to a 16+ year old unit. So, good news, not so good news day. Thank you Hector.
