My A/C unit went down most of the companies I contacted could not come out for a week. When I contacted Chandler Air they were able to squeeze me in that day. Tech arrived and was up front and honest as to well could not repair I needed to replace the unit.

They booked an appointment for the next morning to come out and talk to me about options. I am happy to say that the unit will be installed within a week.

Our heat pump went out and they came out early the next morning. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a capacitor). Our AC unit is back up and running! They were honest and professional. I would recommend them to work on your heat pump.

James replaced the motor that had gone out on my unit. He cleaned up the coils with water, and discussed with me the basic homeowner maintenance on the unit. I have been a loyal customer of Chandler Air and Ryan the owner for over 25 years.

I was told by Chandler Air that my compressor was out. My neighbor came over later who does AC work and it started right up. The sales person said that the tech was fairly new so that could’ve been part of the problem. I told him that was not comforting Their quote for replacing the unit was utterly ridiculous compared to the other quotes that I got. Some may have had good experiences with them, but they seemed sketchy from the tech to the sales person.
