Chandler Air

I did an online request for a customer service tech or someone to call me for a service call and no one called me or anything. If this is how they treat new business I just imagine how warranty works.

Just had Chandler Air replace my two units with American Standard (same as Trane) and I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by all of Chandler Air’s employees during the install. I especially appreciated that Chandler Air does not try to force people into a maintenance contract as a condition of their warranty. Also, be aware that one of the benefits of using a larger, well established company like Chandler Air is that if any of the components are damaged during shipping and it’s discovered only during the install, they have the resources to quickly have another component on-site to continue the install. That is exactly what happened with one of the air handlers during my install and I was very pleased that I had chosen Chandler Air for my units as they recovered beautifully. Chandler Air is first class. Tech was knowledgeable, did a great job, and gave an honest evaluation of my AC unit. It’s what you would hope for when calling an AC company.

Been meaning to write a review about my experiences with Chandler Air. Had new American Standard systems installed at two different addresses last year. Ryan Bond sold me the systems. He was very professional and very competitive with pricing. The installs took place a few months apart. Both install crews were great and very knowledgeable. Recently had annual system checks on both units by James. Both times he was professional with a very pleasant demeanor. Super knowledgeable too. Very nice guy.
Probably one of the best technicians in my 30 plus years dealing with HVAC companies.

Overall from the sale to the install to the annual checkup couldn't be happier with Chandler Air and the performance of the American Standard system. A very satisfied customer. Glad I found Chandler Air. Thank you!

Awesome company talked with the owner directly the first time I called . He was straight to the point and my ac was replaced faster than I had anticipated. It’s been working fine and have refer him to many other people. He cares and his staff gets the job done the right way. As a person in the field he will get him many referrals from me and my friends. I had a fantastic experience with Chandler Air. One of my HVAC units stopped functioning in July. When I called to schedule, they sent a technician to my property within 45 minutes. The technician (James) was professional and clearly knowledgeable. My system needed a significant repair, and he had the necessary parts on-site already in the truck. The pricing was fair, and the repairs were completed promptly. My system was fixed and running again in less than two hours from the time I initially called to schedule. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any repair service. I highly recommend Chandler Air.

Chandler Air got back to me right away when I requested an appointment and James came out the next day. Heating system was fixed, and he took the time to explain what was wrong and how he remedied it! Very thorough and will definitely work with them again in the future. Hector with Chandler Air was awesome! He arrived within 1 hour of dispatch and quickly diagnosed issue upon arrival. Problems were resolved within 1.5hrs. I’ve been in customer service business for over 30 years and Hector is one of best I’ve ever seen.
