Bruce’s AC was amazing and the tech guy Brian was phenomenal

I have two small kids 5 and 2 1/2 that had just gone to bed the other night. AC suddenly died just as they had gone to bed. In a panick, I called our regular guy plus all the places that brag about 24 hour service and no one could make it out until 1 pm the next day. On a prayer, I contacted Bruce’s and was told someone might call me back tonight. Lo and behold, this guy Mike calls me and says he can be by around 10 pm to fix the issue. He showed up on time and replaced the capacitor and saved the day!!!! Use these guys!

Matthew came out and fixed my ac , made recommendations and worked on my system to get it cooling again.

Love Bruce’s! Sent an HVAC technician out within about 20 minutes of request for service. Technician was professional and quickly diagnosed issue and had it fixed within the hour. Essential for AZ summers 😎

Amazing company. Our AC went out, within in an hour on a Saturday a technician was at my door. Moving forward this will be the company I use to maintenance my AC unit. I also appreciate how direct they are with pricing.
Update: Once again amazing service. Our homewarrenty and the company they source for repairs couldn't find the motor to fix our AC. After two weeks and no help from our homewarrenty, Bruce Air conditioning finds the motor and installed that day.

Wesley from Bruce's AC came out and did a complete diagnosis on the 3 AC systems of a house we are purchasing. He did a fantastic job, spent considerable time going over each unit with a fine tooth comb and testing all the particulars of each unit. I deal with a lot of contractors in my business dealings that "go through the motions" but this guy put time effort and concern into what he was doing. The price was more than reasonable and the recommendations were spot on. This is my go to company for all things AC from this point forward and Wesley is the man!

We bought our house almost 2 years ago and the first night we moved in the AC goes out. It was miserable all night but I had called Bruce’s and they would be out in the morning. They get there and find the issue pretty quickly. Said parts are going have to be ordered but they would be there next morning to install. Sure thing they were there bright and early to install the new parts. Tech showed me how bad the AC was since it had not been cleaned correctly. Board and blower motor were replaced and unit completely cleaned. Can’t thank them enough for their great service.
