Not only are they reliable and do their ultimate best to get out within a reasonable time frame, their technicians, managers and owner make decisions with the consumer top of mind.

Have used Bruce’s for over 15 years. Never an issue with them. Honest, prompt, fair, a bargain compared to others. Highly recommended and several of my friends have used them. This recent service call was for a repair on a 100 degree day with A/C not working. Eli responded on time and was wonderful to work with. He diagnosed the problem which was a relay and clogged drain hose. Excellent service and response and a pleasure to deal with Eli and Bruce’s customer service. Thanks and will continue to use Bruce’s and recommend them to others.

Bruce's AC was excellent. Beginning with the initial call with Brandon. He listened to my issue and was able to have a tech come out the next day. Matt showed up he next morning, on time. Matt looked at the issue and was able to resolve the problem. He explained the situation and took the time to look at the rest of my system. Thank you for your time Bruce's AC!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have been so nice, so professional, and reasonable in their prices. I started using them for my AC because one of their workers saw me struggling to move things into my building and helped out just to be helpful. Everyone I've interacted with since have been just as kind and just as helpful.

Brittany was great! She diagnosed the problem quickly and after quoting me a very fair price she had the unit up and running in about 45 minutes. The scheduling staff was also friendly and attentive. Serviced same day I called them! I would absolutely recommend this company and I will call them first if I need service again. I’m a very happy (and now cooled) customer.

Awhile back, visited my old aunt & uncle. They been having problems with their central AC. Called a few different repairmen and went with Bruce's. They weren't the cheapest, but it was the repairman Brian that sold us. Competent and attentive service!
