Job well done. Looks like a million bucks. They removed the two old units and today they're repairing the shingles. The workers knew their product having many years on the job.

Dillon did a thorough job, was professional throughout and answered all my questions. Bruce's is a family-run business and they have always provided top-notch service for my family and me.

We were very relieved that Bruce's could send a repair person out the same day we called. This gentleman, Connor, was prompt and efficient. He identified the issue, replaced the capacitor and made sure everything was working correctly again. Lastly he cleaned up after the repair was made and was so nice and polite! A+ service!

Absolutely awesome!! I called with an emergency repair at 9:00 a.m. they had someone out here by lunch time and fix the issue no problem.Nick The technician was super friendly Super knowledgeable and completely walk me through his diagnostic, The last air conditioning company showed up an hour late outside the window and then spent the whole time trying to sell me stuff,Nick did talk to me about pricing a new unit but wasn't pushy about it, absolutely best experience I've had with an AC company.

To all of those that helped us get our air conditioning restored last Saturday the 21st of August, 2021. Started with Jay who got a service tech out quickly. The service tec diagnosed the problem with the AC motor in the attic and gave us an estimated repair cost. Since the unit was about 25 years old he went on to explain getting a new unit. Your tech is a good salesman and was very through. We agreed to a deal and installers were to arrive Saturday morning. The Installers were some of the most hard working guys I have ever seen spending at least 5 hours in the 130 degree attic. They had a lot to do and stayed with it till it was done and coolness arrived at our house again. They spent almost 11 hours here putting it all together. They are a credit to your company and I know you appreciate their efforts. We will always recommend Bruce’s to anyone requesting air conditioning services.

PS they even gave us $100 towards our hotel room we used Friday night.

I have used Bruce's for 14 years. Good work. On May 9 I had a complete install. The install seemed to go well. Its after the service where the disappointments occurred. Its been almost 2 full weeks and they have never emailed me my receipt or rebate info. I finally got a response via text on 19th. Apologies and a promise to get everything emailed to me. Didn't happened. After spending a small fortune i would think i would have gotten a follow up call to see how everything is. Nope. I can't even get them to get me a receipt. They got my money so apparently that where the service stops.

Today I called Patty at Bruce's Air conditioning only for a Quote on new AC for my property, she said today between 2-4, I told her need to confirm its ok with tenants and call her back, she sent over a young technician to perform diagnostics and he climbed on my roof and popped off the Freon charge cap and caused the system to break totally. I only asked for a quote to replace. Tech said he was told to diagnose and repair. After speaking to (manager) he offered me a cheap model for over $12k. for 1800sqft house. Now its my problem..
Now I have tenants with no AC while I try to fix my AC. Bruce's air should pay part of the costs I have to incur. Yes I was planning on replacing my AC, that's why I wanted a quote, not break it and put my tenants in hell of 110 degrees!
Update since yesterday, The owner reached out to me, and made things right. The system is fixed and blowing cool air.
This was a mix of bad communication and frustration with the weather heating up, in the End Bruce's AC took care of me in the end. Thanks!

45m coil clean on a mini-split. $650. No way. These techs are all sales gimmicks (let me call my manager...) Watch out.

EDIT RESPONSE: To be accurate sir, your shop reached out one time, not a few. I called you back as a courtesy the next day, no answer so if you want to chat, call me back, happy to tell you the same thing I'm posting here. You quoted $1,500 to clean the mini split in your shop. That was after your tech stated, "I need to call my manger for pricing..." We aren't dumb, we know HVAC teach their techs to upsell and they incentivize them too with upsells. Don't say you don't employ sales people. That process and price is outrageous, so yes, I said absolutely not to the $1500 clean, obviously. That was the cost of the mini split new. I agreed to an onsite clean of $650 which I told the tech was also insane when a can of coil cleaner is $20 but trusted a great job as I've given your company many thousands of dollars of repair jobs in the past. Your guy was there with a can of coil cleaner for 45m, and had to be cued by me to check the freon levels. That is not worth $650 and any product/service consumer would agree. I'm a business owner myself with several a/c units, and not ignorant to quality work. You all didn't even put my mini split back together, I did. I'm calling you out for how insanely gouging the price setting was for the work quality put into this job. It was unfair, lost my trust after many service calls, and people should know the sales sham this job was to me as a loyal customer. I don't treat my loyal customers this way, and you shouldn't either if you want our future business.
