Bruce’s Ac is an amazing professional company. I had some issues with my ac unit and a tech named Brian came out and put my mind at ease with all his help and professionalism.

I recently got service done with Bruce’s and they were very fast and reliable. Brian was the person that came out to help me and he was very kind and fast with the service. Will come to them again

Tyler James was the technician, very polite, professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be completed. never tried to upsell me or bad mouth my current system. cant say enough positives about this company and there employees. and yes he showed up on time ready to work.

Bruce’s is amazing, we usually have Jaime come check out the AC and fix what needs fixing, always responsive and fast with his work and would recommend him for any of your AC needs!!!

They came out in December when my <5 year old system wasn’t blowing hot air. When they diagnosed the problem, they said that if I didn’t get the work they were recommending, the system was likely to fail come summer. I agreed to all the work and paid for all of the work they recommended and summer is here and the system still failed. It’s now 100 degrees outside and they’re saying no ETA on when they’ll get back to me to schedule or when they can have someone out. Do what you want but just wanted to share my experience.

I had a membership at a big AC chain that guaranteed me fast service. When my unit went down, I was put on the back burner. I called Bruce’s and Brandon got me scheduled same day. A tech was at my door 2 hours later, and got my unit cooling in under 10 minutes by fixing the other companies mistake made during their annual tune up. I will not use anyone else, Bruce’s is the way to go.
