Bruce's Air Conditioning Chandler - AC Repair Service

They have exorbitant trip charge and it is not adjusted against service unlike all other reputed ac service company. The phone attendant/ owner is rude, has a Air of arrogance and don't care attitude.

Our A/C system went out early in the evening. We called Bruce’s and they responded within 2 hours. Our tech Connor was courteous and thorough. Within an hour and a half he had checked out the entire system and repaired it. And we felt the cost was very reasonable given the work completed.

Bruce A/C provided me with very good service during the weekend. After a few attempts to repair my AC, I had to replace the system. The replacement was not managed by Bruce AC, however I have to recognize Bruce AC management for their fairness. After discussing my case with them, they gave me a significant rebate on spare parts and service fees since the unit could not be repaired. Kudos to Bruce for treating me fairly despite the fact I bought the replacement unit from another provider

Came home from vacation and the AC downstairs was not working. It was June and getting warm, they had a technician there within a few hours.
My compressor of 25 yrs had finally given out. They gave me the option of replacing just the compressor but I knew it was time.
I was presented with 5 options of units ranging from top of the line to mid grade. I asked for that range. They spent almost an entire day installing the unit. Why so long? Because the do it the right way. They adjusted duct work and return and made sure everything was running correctly. They also followed up a week later to come by and check everything again. This is my go to AC company because they are honest and treat me like family.

When one of our older units started acting up we called Bruce’s. Tyler came over at 6AM and went to work. He was knowledgeable, Professional, and efficient. The silver lining to having my AC break was finding a company I am happy to do business with in the future.

I would highly recommend Bruce’s air company. They responded to our AC issues immediately and handled things professionally. We are grateful that they helped us on such short notice with replacing our entire AC unit and additional services. Job well done!
