We had Bruce’s install two new AC units at our condo last month. It started when our AC downstairs would not kick off and kept running. I called Bruce’s and Mike was out the same day which was great- he was spectacular and I could tell he really cared about helping us out. He informed us we needed two new units and had a team out the next day to install the upstairs AC. Our issues were with the install team- they were supposed to be at our house between 8-10am and were running late. I had to call the office to find that out because no one called us. When the team got to our complex, they could not find our house but they didn’t call me to ask for help. When they showed up to our house, they did not knock and just walked right in. There were no introductions so we had no idea who they were or what their role was in the install. The process took way longer than expected on both days. We had to call to schedule our follow-up a week later because no one called us like we were told. My wife and I constantly had to ask for updates throughout the process. I did want to thank Patty in the office for being so understanding and helpful during our install. Everything is working great as of now but it was a frustrating process to get here considering how much money we spent for our install. Bruce’s install team did a great job with the install itself, but they need to improve their communication and customer service.
