I called Bruce's Air for maintenance on one of my two air conditioning units as it was short cycling. The repair technician that showed up was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue as one of the lines attached to the coil was leaking and the refrigerant had been completely emptied. The unit was out of warranty and the replacement unit was around $4000 dollars to replace. They offered to repair the line and refill the unit for $2,550 which I thought was very costly. I didn't have time to search and wait for another company to come out to diagnose/fix the issue while my house heated up. I ended up paying for the repair. The next day I did have a follow up with their service manager who I expressed my displeasure with the cost and explained that I specifically went to them and not one of the big companies beause I have been gouged on pricing in the past. They were more than happy to listen to my concerns and refunded me a large portion of the costs to appease the issue. They also threw in a 1-year maintenance visit. I have never had this kind of customer service experience with a business. They went above and beyond to take care me and retain me as a customer. I would definitely recommend them over any A/C companies in the area.

The technician showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat and he worked hard to help me get what I wanted.

Called multiple companies after our AC and thermostat stopped working on a hot summer afternoon. They got back to us fast and immediately set someone up to come out to us within the hour when no one else would. Fixed it super fast and the techs were very friendly. Great price for an emergency service. Will definitely be coming back to this business for future maintenance and repairs.

USE THEM!! Aside from the fact that are a family-owned small business (which we all should support), they were fantastic! I knew my a/c was on its last legs, and they were honest, explained everything, gave me options to choose based on my budget, and were here the next day to do the work. The guys that did the install were efficient, knowledgeable, and just really nice people. Felt really good about it from start to finish. Bruce's is my go-to company, and I'll recommend them to anyone looking! Thanks for a great job & more importantly, peace of mind.

Technician nice and courteous on time. But did not know much about the AC business! More is interested On selling products then doing the service! More of BS…. Even called the owner and talk to him. Work with this company for a few years. Service has gone down quality has gone down. More into selling or how to scam people. Will not use them again will look for a new company. Sad to say! For me $60 tuneup they wanted to turn into a $2500 sales call!

Bruce's Air was very responsive. We received three quotes for swamp cooler pad replacement and chose Bruce's Air. They were on time and great with communication. We received images of the work completed as well. Would highly recommend.
