Dillon G. was our technician – the whole experience went exactly how we needed it to. We contacted them and within less than 24 hours we had a new water heater and were good to go. The price seemed fair considering how quickly we could get this issue resolved and that is exactly what we were looking to do. We would recommend them and would use them again.

We called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC and they were very responsive. Their installation person Lucas called immediately. He came in 30 mins and took away the old water heater and installed a new one. Fantastic job !!!!! I will recommend this company to any one who wants to get their water heater replaced.

Highly recommend. The install was flawless. Crew was professional and left work area very clean. Train is one of the top 3 brands. Not the least expensive but overall a good value.

Our service was phenomenal! I called them on Father’s Day morning and their technician, David P, was here within hours. We were prepared for a new water heater to be installed but he took a look at our unit and instantly said he would try fixing a broken part first. He was quick, thorough, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed the unit saving us thousands of dollars. David even walked us through how to periodically check our water heater and let us know what to expect in the coming years. I will definitely go back to them when it comes time for another repair/replacement and will ask for David specifically. They are the only company I will have work on my water heaters from now on.

Mike C was wonderful. He explained the entire installation step by step for me. I was switching from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater so I had lots of questions. He was very thorough. When he was finished he left the area spotless. It was cleaner than when he arrived. It was such a pleasure having someone so professional, has pride in his work and who cares about his customers

Thankful to AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC plumber for his plumbing services and expertise. He was so fast in helping us get hot water back in our downstairs bathroom and laundry room. We were puzzled as to why no hot water was coming through the pipes, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He also helped us install this lovely new utility sink for the laundry room— what would’ve taken us hours to figure out, he finished in under an hour. Very thankful!
