Chris came out and provided a no-BS assessment of my 12-year-old HVAC unit. They offer a care plan, but was never pressured to sign up. Service was quick and he provided photos of parts that I should keep in mind going forward.

From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. We are very happy with AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC and they will now be our one and only resource for AC and Furnace repairs. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.

The service was excellent, and Don, who had also installed our previous water tank, was the same person who carried out the work this time. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the service provided. Five stars!

AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was great through the whole process. Good solid quote during initial research that aligned with the final delivery and installation. Their installation professional, David, was amazing. He arrived in less that 1 hour after initial call, had everything he needed, was extremely knowledgeable and clean. His installation was fast and on point all the way through the whole things and he walked me through need to know areas and things to keep an eye on after installation. Cannot say enough about this company and their extremely professional installation technicians.

These guys installed my HVac system in Feb , they did a great job, system was running well, on Friday night has an SRP brown out, knocked my system out, AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC came out next day, fixed it in about 20 mins. These people are very good , very professional, they are clear and informative. They show up when they say they will. I m glad I chose them to install my system and count on them service it..

Called AZ Preferred Plumbing to fix an outdoor leak and possibly replace shut off valves for 2 sinks.
The tech they sent had a hard time trying to operate their quote system and had to constantly call his boss to figure it out. Then the 2 quotes he gave me were added wrong (severely over the added price).
For a simple job of replacing 4 water shut off valves, wanted to charge me $130 a piece! Needless to say this went undone.
For the work he did do he did a great job as far as I can tell, just with all the problems, I will go with another company next time.

AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC gave me a low to high quote over the phone then sent Chris out the following day. Chris was punctual & professional and quickly sized up my job. My old unit was 49 years old so I needed things brought up to code as well. Chris had a written quote within minutes and was fast at work with everything he needed as soon as I signed. Short work was made out of the job and Chris cleaned up, explained all of the work and left it better than the way it was when he arrived… true professional.
