John (Water Heater Specialist) arrived within 2-hours upon receiving our phone call late in the afternoon. (I thought we would have to wait at least the following morning.) He was professional, courteous and technically strong. He had our new energy efficient water heater installed and working great within 2-hours. And, we received a follow-up phone call from John the next day to make sure the water heater was working well and met our expectations.

From consultation to install AZ Preferred Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He put together a very competitive package to suit my needs and was involved every step of the way. Once details were locked down the install crew arrived the very next morning and finished a full system install, to include moving the thermostat at my request, in a single day.
