My husband and I are very satisfied with their professional work. I had several companies check on our 13-year-old units for replacing its system. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was by far the best one for its price and service quality. Mr. Jerry, technician, came out my place, checked and answered all of my questions regarding installing procedures. After that, he gave two different quotes based on AC system difference. It was very clear to see what would be included on the quotes. Therefore, it was also easy for us what to pick to meet my expectations. The installation guys were very friendly, and knowledgeable about their works. It was done within couple of hours so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair/installation. As a personal preference, I love their orange color shirt and trucks! Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Fantastic experience to report with AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. I received multiple quotes to replace my 23-year-old water heater, and AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC offered the best price on a high quality water heater . My installer, John, was professional and paid attention to the details. There was a small issue after the installation, in part, my fault, and John was responsive and helpful.

The technician Justin was extremely polite and professional. He tested two of my a/c units and found one had a slight leak at the high pressure switch. He tightened it up added a couple pounds of Freon and the unit ran great. The other unit he tested was performing well with no issues. I had another a/c company out the previous day that told me I needed a new condenser, quoted me 6,500, and that the other unit needed a new high pressure switch and Freon which was going to cost over 800 in repairs. I new to call AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for a second opinion and my total repair was less than $200 Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for being so professional and honest, you saved me lots of money. I highly recommend, and now have a new A/C service provider.

From the first moment I called their office I was impressed. Lady on the phone was friendly and professional with sense of humor. I requested someone to come check our AC. She gave me a reasonable time frame for them to arrive. Todd called before he came, gave me his arrival time and he showed up ON TIME.
