Amazing all around. I needed a repair to my shower valve quickly late one night and AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC plumber was here within 30 minutes. My sister had informed me of our shower not turning off while I was at work and so I quickly got home and realized I needed assistance. Thankfully AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was willing to come help at MIDNIGHT! Talk about quality service. I was very impressed by his professionalism and politeness. Dominic was able to resolve my issue and make my shower look good as new in 25 minutes. Will definitely be recommending this service to family and peers.

My technician was Don S. he was very professional, courteous and explained the work that he was going to perform. I am so pleased with AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. I called at noon and Tom told me a technician would be there within the hour. Don came within the hour and installed my new Water Heater the price was reasonable and I will surely recommend Waters Heater Only to my friends and neighbors.

This is the third water heater that I have had replaced by AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC. Once on a rental property, once for my daughter’s house and today at my house. Daniel C. was our technician and he was extremely efficient, and on time . I wasn’t scheduled to get the water heater until Friday morning and was pleastantly surprised when I received a call that they had a cancellation and could come out the same day to install the new water heater. Great work, from a great company!!!

Loni, the technician who installed our water heater tank, provided us a very excellent customer service. From the get-go, he was prompt,honest, and courteous, Also, he offered help and gave me a much-needed expertly advise on how to do some other plumbing repair issues. Justin replaced my failing water heater with a new one. He was informative, efficient with his time, his work was clean, no mess, installation and piping looks great. Heck he left my garage better than I had it. Justin answered every question I had. I couldn’t be happier with Water Heats Only as well as with the professionalism that Justin showed. I have an annual service contract with them for spring and fall servicing of my heating and air unit. They are punctual, and their service is outstanding. They are family friendly and work with the client on their schedules and billing.

On time, courteous. This is a new home and they charged less than the estimates given at inspection. They worked hard to get me the best options at the best price and explained everything they were doing and why it was necessary.

These people are the best ever. I emailed them at 6:09am they sent a man out at 10:15am. He was friendly knowledgeable yet very professional. He removed old water heater and water gas lines Installed new heater with new gas and water lines and manufactured new copper vent line. Top notch job. He drove away at 11:30 all done with the old heater and parts at a cost of about $400 more than if I did the job myself. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
