He was so great to work with! He took the time to make sure everything was back in working order, and spent the time with our tenants to ensure they would stay warm. My plumbers from AZ Preferred Plumbing we're so awesome, they came out first thing on a Monday morning because we had no water pressure in the house. Not only were they able to locate the problem and fix it quickly, they also informed us of a leaky toilet in the house! Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!

I had an issue with a broken trap under my sink and a disconnected dishwasher hose. Called around to a few different places and they couldn't come to my apartment as quickly as I needed so finally found AZ Preferred Plumbing. I received a quote from them almost instantly and Tech was able to come on a Monday (issue happened on a Friday). He arrived on time, but the issue was bigger than he thought. Despite that, he had the part he needed in his truck and fixed everything all within an hour at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up and was very respectful (which is important to me as I'm a woman who lives alone). It was the best repair experience I have ever had. Would use them again and recommend them, no question!

AZ Preferred Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a mechanical problem with one faucet, installing a second faucet and replacing some rusted drain pipes over two visits. Everything worked and looked great after he was done. He was punctual and very friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Even though the company is very busy, I felt they really cared about my time and did their best to ensure that the work was completed promptly.

18 year old water heater dead on Saturday morning. Called company at about 9:00 am. Technician Jeremy Brown arrived about 11:30 am and installed new unit. Fast, quality install, tidy. Highly recommend!
