Their technician James, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during his visit. He explained step by step the process , what he was looking for and what would be needed to fix the issue. It’s nice when you feel like you’re not being taken advantage of, and Bluewave wants and is willing to do right by their customers. Great experience!

The technician (Brian?) was great! Friendly, professional, and was even able to come out a few hours after I called it in! He figured out the problem with the AC quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. I would definitely use these guys again! Thank you!

Our AC went out the evening of 4th of July. We called a few companies with no response. Bleuwave called me back in a few minutes and had us scheduled the next hour. James came out and took the time to explain what was going on. He was so professional and friendly. Best experience with an HVAC company. He made us a customer for life!

Not sure how to review this business 🤔 The service tech was very nice and changed out my thermostat...but when he was finished, he walked outside to check the unit to make sure that everything was working properly.

Upon inspection of the unit, he then told me that it was frozen up and I believe he said I either needed a new compressor and/or it might be more cost effective to purchase a new unit.

After another call I received from the office, everything was explained to me and I am now going forward with the repair! I liked the labor warranty that was included with the repair and I really appreciate the personal contact with them!

The representative was very courteous and verified the pricing, it was for HVAC & dryer vent cleaning. Without hesitation I scheduled an appointment. The technician Eric arrived on time & introduced himself, he was very professional & pleasant throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC or any electrical needs. Blue Wave HVAC was a great choice for our AC issues. They were fast and very efficient. They found the problem extremely quick and was able to fix it during the same service visit.

Our a/c system went out on Monday evening, we called and booked an appointment for the next morning. Frank our service tech was on time l thorough and got the problem diagnosed! The repair was completed and we were in the cool again! Great company and technicians, veteran owned is a plus in my book! I have their number on the fridge now, if and when we need it again!
