They don't carry R22 Freon and said the EPA got rid of it. They told me I need a new unit which cost thousands. I found out lots of companies service older units.

While cleaning the ducts, the technician noticed some issues with the layout that could impede airflow, and it does. He made a suggestion to move the vent in the living room up to provide better flow and make it quieter. Sounds like a plan. I appreciate the input.

The vent in the bathroom of our mobile home which required going under the house into the crawl space. The technician would not go there, and stated that no A/C technicians at this company would do so. Big fat zero for getting that particular vent working!!!! Very disappointed!
