AirTime Cooling and Heating was excellent from start to finish. Brian (the owner) did the estimate. He was very informative about the options, equipment, process, and provided a competitive estimate. Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and it’s working. Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved. I got exactly what I wanted without any issues. Highly recommend them.

I came home from work at 6:pm to an 85 degree house, 109 outside. I called AirTime, recommended my my sister. The tech Josh came out in 30 min. Josh communicated thoroughly, was honest and prompt to find and fix the problem. He had the part on his truck. Was able to replace the part and fix my AC in about 20 min. He did not pressure me to replace my 18 year old unit. He e-mailed a quote for a replacement. I highly recommend this company. Honest, quick to respond, professional, trustworthy and non pressuring service. This was a wonderful experience!

Had AirTime replace our AC system that was dying for few years and costing us $$$ in electrical, and it finally died this May.

Bryan, the owner was great. But the real stars were the installation crew. Removed the old and installed the new system in 6 hours and also managed to modify some ductwork. The new system (Train XR15) works great.

Best AC company I have worked with. From top to bottom great company, installed in 2020 with no issues. Wednesday night heard a weird noise from the unit, called them Thursday, they had a tech at my house Friday. Josh was great, on time very knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed in 15 mins. From the first call with dispatch (which was great-came the SAME day) to our technician Derek who was extremely thorough and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what is needed to the cost of the service call (very fair)this company really knows customer service and professionalism. All of the pre-provided choices for what I like about this business are true. I was referred to AirTime by my daughter who has been using this business for years regarding her rental property. My need was for my personal residence--just a seasonal tune up. I was impressed with the speed at which my call was taken, speed at which my appointment could be accommodated (next day), as well as the promptness, professionalism, and knowledge of the technician. I will definitely call AirTime for my future needs.

After 17 years it was time to replace the builder base Split AC Unit. On Friday we had the service tech Derek at our home and patched our system up while we placed an order with for a full replacement system. Derek sent us estimates for approval with a detailed scope of work for inclusions and exclusions. The sales price on the estimate was the final bill, no surprises. by Wednesday morning as scheduled the installers showed up on time and were super professional and did an outstanding install with the Trane system. We highly recommend this family-owned business for you HVAC needs, especially if you are looking for top quality product and service.

First off a human answered the phone. We were able to schedule the service for the next day. The tech called on his way and was right on time. They serviced everything correctly, and were very clear and concise on communication, letting us know all along the way what was going on. Axel was our tech and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AirTime!
