Great service. Our heater is difficult to access and they made it work and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Even spotted a water leak and alerted us to it. Kirk is great. Very professional and explained everything. Thank you!

Called first thing in the morning after my heat had gone out the previous day, they got to my house within a few hours and got my heat back on. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and professional.

Worst service ever. Wasted $89 and didn’t even do anything. Came to tell us our heater isn’t working by saying there’s too much snow on our mobile and then saying the heater is too old without even touching it or turning it on to see how I operate. All happen in like 5 min and left Biggest scam ever and didn’t even email our details of the heating furnace. SMH never again will I use their service

Great business plan. Take an $89 non refundable deposit and then don't show up. I paid for an appointment and when it was cancelled with no warning I had to pay an after hours plumber to come from x the problem.
When I requested a call from a manager they never followed through.
This shouldn't be legal!

I don’t typically write reviews. But Discount Mechanical has been so fabulous to work with, I would feel guilty if I didn’t give a much deserved applause! I have an older home that has had 3 separate plumbing or heating issues recently. Each service man that came has been professional and helpful! They went above and beyond to explain the needed service/repair and were able to complete the work same day. AND the schedulers/staff on the phone lines have been responsive and courteous.
