Outstanding customer service from the front office ladies to Dwight. He came out and fixed my furnace he was on time, professional, friendly and did a great job. I will be using him again thank you for the great job.

Kirk did a great job installing a gas valve on my furnace. He took the time to trouble shoot and diagnose the issue even though he was there to just install the part. In the process, Kirk was able to discover that I needed a new thermostat because it was faulty. He was even able to work out a solution to give us heat for the night until I could buy the new thermostat I wanted the next day. Kirk was very professional and he did an excellent job of answering all of my questions! Very pleased with the service.

We were out of town and when we came back our heat to the upstairs was not working. We thankfully missed the insane snow storm so when I called Discount Mechanical Heating and Plumbing they suggested we clear the vents on our roof. Sadly that didn't help. We called again and they were very quick to come out. Our heating system needed a new pipe and Kirk was very open with us about the issues and talked us through them. It made understanding the issue better. We highly recommend this business. Everyone was very sweet considering it was Christmas Eve.

Not one for reviews usually but we were in quite a sticky spot until they sent out a plumber named Dwight honestly best worker I’ve ever had he got everything done so fast we were really amazed at the speed and quality all around. Amazing workers amazing company. Thanks so much.

Dwight was amazing!! His repair took less time and much less money than we expected. He’s also a really nice guy and was good at explaining everything. Very much recommend!

Had heating problems during the coldest weeks of the winter so far and they were able to squeeze me in today...on regular time!! Everyone else I called were going to be a 6 day wait AND it would be after hours.

They were punctual and gave a courtesy call before arrival. The service tech, Kirk P., was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong instantly by my description. He was very quick and we had good conversation while he worked. I will definitely be using Discount Mechanical for all my future service needs.

They were supposed to show between 11-2 I called them at 9am. They didn’t show up till 4pm with no one calling to let me know the tech was running behind. I waited all day at the house with 2 kids and we were freezing. Would’ve been nice to get a heads up. Also they made me pay the $89 dispatch fee just to book when in the paperwork it says that you pay half before the work is complete and the rest when it is done. It sucks to agree to a time and then they just don’t uphold that. Tried to message their Facebook before posting but no response. I found the company very unprofessional. Will not be using again.

Alot of the reviews are either paid or fake… This should be called Scammer Mechanical because they overcharge and don't know what they're doing! I got charge up front for their first mechanic to waste 2hrs and buy a part that is not even broken. Then the part came and it didn't fixed the issue! We wasted 2 weeks for these AH! Parts are 2x or 3x expensive and lie about shipping speed. I cancelled my service and called Alkota, the mechanic came and knew what was wrong in less than 15mins and they didn't charge me for the visit! Alkota fixed my boiler and the parts was half the price these Discount scammer Mechanics quoted me! F them.
