Discount Mechanical Heating and Plumbing

I had discount mechanical come out to fix a pipe that was leaking. I had the job prepped with the drywall removed. They charged me $317 to do a quick job- $89 to show up, which was not credited towards the bill. I had Circle Plumbing come in after hours, and I was charged $215 for the same work. Circle gives a one-year work guarantee while discount gives 30 days. Not to mention, the plumber for discount didn't have the correct part, and I had to wait an hour before work could start. Bottom line, there are much better local businesses. They are a rip off.

Kirk & Reggie did a great job locating the noisy pipe in the walls. Fast response and terrific job in the end. Great team effort all around. 100 percent satisfied. Thank Oh and I signed up for their annual membership. A must have. Thank you guys!!

Discount Mechanical has consistently performed well on every call for heating or plumping for our 30 year old quality home over the last six years. The price is always reasonable and they get here fast when you need them the most. Highly recommended.

I had a leaking pipe under my sink, Discount Mechanical was sent out through my home warranty company. They replaced my faucet without telling me with very cheap type of faucet, I had a nice two handle faucet with a long neck as I have a shallow sink, the one that was installed was a cheap Delta type you see in old rental apartments. Had I been notified that I needed a new faucet I would have bought one and had them install. Now after they have installed a cheap one they won't come back to fix it unless I pay for the labor. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received.

Kirk came out the same day I was having issues with my water heater. He found what was going on, fixed it, and was out within the hour. Highly recommend and will continue using these guy’s service.

I scheduled a follow-up service to check the garage heater, boiler and water heater which was more than fair cost wise. Kirk and his apprentice were polite and very professional while conducting their job. They also keep their job site tidy and cleaned up upon completion of the job. I would definitely continue to recommend Discount Mechanical.
