I didn’t catch the tech’s name but he was able to figure out the problem quick. We really appreciate how he was able to solve the problem thoroughly. We finally got some air flowing in my condo. The only thing to replace is the pressure switch. Thank you so much!

Update: We were just informed that they do not in fact have the part that we have already paid 50% of and now it will take even longer, they have to order the part. This just gets worse by the day.

If you don't need parts they have to order, I'm sure they are great. If you do need need parts they have to order - thank them and call anyone else. We had to call for service when our furnace went down. This was 11 days ago. Their stickers are all over our heating system. (We are new owners) 11/25/22 placed call, paid the callout fees in advance - the tech called us and came when stated. We needed a part. WE called them on 11/28/22 to find out eta of said part. They needed our authorization to order part because they didn't have it. Paid for 50% of part up front. WE called again on 11/30/22 they have the part but can't get a tech to us until 12/05/22. SERIOUSLY? It is now 12/06/22 and we are still without heat. WE called them again this morning only to be told after we talked to them previously that they didn't call us because they had our number wrong. Note: the tech called us on 11/25/22. NEVER ONCE did they check to make sure they had our contact information correctly. This is disrespectful and horrendous customer service!! Do NOT respond to this stating you are going to talk to your people. I've read the responses from you to the reviews like mine - it's a waste of your words.

I received a quote for the replacement of a wax ring below an old toilet in less than 10 minutes. Nice to find out what the problem was in such a timely manner. Thank you!

Technicians were professional and did great work replacing my water boiler. The job was well done and everything cleaned up.

I called on a Saturday when my furnace stopped heating, and they were there within hours. Kirk looked over the problem and showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me an estimate for the repair. He also outlined preventative maintenance to prevent the problem from arising in the future. Peter was our tech today and he did a great job! Our sink started leaking after trying to disconnect a valve that had not been touched in a looong time.
He also fixed another valve in our downstairs that caused another issue weeks ago.

Discount Mechanical is a little Spendy but they are fast and reliable!
