Today Gary Booth was very friendly and very good at his job. I'm glad that we used this company and would tell others that you can't go wrong in using them.

The technician Chris Parker was on time and very fast and professional letting us know about severa electrical issues we were having. He wrote an estimate breaking all the prices down and explained everything to us in a way we understood . Great job and we will get them back to do the work for sure!

Nick came out to repair our AC. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Always a pleasure when we do have to call them.

Michael was our technician for evaluation and maintenance of our 4 systems (3 for house; 1 for shop). He had to go under the house in crawlspace and in attic for both house and shop. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Would be more than happy to have him back for service in the future.

This is my third time needing weekend emergency help from Banks and Quarles. Three completely different issues. Every time I have been pleased with the service provided. Bob was very helpful and explained the problems I was experiencing with clogged AC drain pipes. This company is extremely professional. Everyone is polite, technicians arrive quickly and on time, all employees provide updates and communicate effectively, and they fix the problems. Highly recommended!

I guess it was ok bc I wasn't there but my husband Gary was. It didn't turn out the way we were hoping. We can't afford what has to be done bf he can do what we want. Thank you. We are going to have to regroup and do something else.
