Service technician was absolutely fantastic!!! He is 10 stars. Communicates. On the other hand, the disconnect between the people answering the phone and dispatch is real. And I believe the problem is with the people answering the phone. We have been told we were “scheduled” for service and no one shows up. I understand things happen, jobs take longer than expected..:but how about letting your customer (who is patiently waiting) know that you aren’t going to make it. Props however to the technicians tho. They do a good job

I proactively had my entire plumbing system replaced. The project was well planned with attention to every detail. Good communication and clean up. Excellent job! Couldn’t be happier.

Fixed what the issue was, and I had him had other things while here, so I did not have to have the other things done at another day.
He did a very good job and was polite & professional.

This company earns an A++! From my first call to request help with plumbing repairs to the company’s follow up after service, they have been extremely professional and so friendly. The office kept me updated on the arrival time of the plumber, and Andrew arrived on time. He is an excellent representative of the company! He was knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and was quick with his repairs. I highly recommend Banks Quarles and will be using them for all my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

My brother’s house has been a bit neglected so trying to get things fixed for him while he is in hospital and was able to get same day service!
Nick explained the HVAC system to me and then proceeded to inspect it. He showed me the good, the bad, and the ugly, and discussed the options of repairing or replacing. So much was wrong and system old so being replaced tomorrow. Nick was very thorough and had HVAC engineer come by to confirm problems and provide options for new system. Also same day service for plumbing. Andrew worked hard to fix things that hadn’t been looked after for awhile: fixed clogged drains, replaced bad faucets, tightened a couple tap handles, and even found a little leak under kitchen sink.

I am not sure why this company got so many positive reviews. I feel like that I will never trust reviews online.

We needed service to help repair a toilet. Basically, we just needed a hand to install the flange ring and some screws. We have all the tools (electric drills, saws, screw drivers, wax ring, flange, primer/clement, many screws). We could do it ourselves but thought it might be better for professionals. A technician came with about 20 minutes late, then told us it would cost about $500 for the repair. I asked for how long this job would take. He responded that it would take about an hour. Then, I also asked the cost for the materials he brought, it is basically a metal ring, and he told me this costs $60 (he was reluctant to tell me the price of this). This is just a $5 ring you can find in Homedepot.

I declined the service. The technician charged me $70 for visit, which was about 5 min. I understand that some home visits need to be paid for because the professionals come to inspect the issues that we do not know. But this time, it was definitely not this case. We have put our toilet away, and left the connection pipe there with a broke flange ring. Everything was cleaned perfectly without any smell. So, $70 for a 5-min visit.

To be clear, that was nothing wrong with this technician. He might be doing all he is told or trained to do. I mean, this company, you really think people's money is just very easy?
