I had a clogged drain that was apparently very hard to access and clear that is for the young man (Heath)that was sent. He was here at least 4 to 5 hours before he called from backup because he needed to get on the roof. The other more experienced person cleared the problem in short order. It is hard when you are a newby to the company and lack experience. He was very courteous and did a good job. He left one of the bathrooms unclean, the sink the toilet and the floor. The other young man that was the senior person told him specifically to clean the bathroom but he did not clean it to an expected standard. The drain was successfully cleared.

This is my first time using Banks Quarles Plumbing, and on a Sunday Afternoon at that! Michael, the plumber technician did an exceptional job getting to the root of my problem quickly and fixing the problem. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, got my approval and fixed it without a problem. I am sold on Banks Quarles!!

They’ve installed 2 HVAC systems for me, a water heater, and various other smaller repairs. Overall a good experience and the one time I had a bad experience they worked to make it right once I brought it up. I’ve used them for 7 years in 2 different houses and the turnover in technicians they send out seems low so that’s a positive sign. They can usually get to me pretty fast but I have the service plan with them. For critical infrastructure type of work I’d recommend them. Prices seem high but they tend to do the job right and if they run into something that takes them longer than expected you don’t get charged. Christian and Austin did my hvac install recently and got it done in a regular work day with minimal disruptions to our day.

I called BQ to put a new water heater in my rental property. Joe, the technician, was great. He was on time, friendly, and did a good job. It ended up costing me $2,000 to put in a $600 water heater and they don't send you an itemized receipt.
