Chris and Kevin were fantastic, love how well communication is with text messages that keep you informed of appointments and upcoming arrivals. Very easy process from start to finish. Clearly a well oiled machine. Will definitely ask for Chris and Kevin again when we do some more renovating later this year.

Chris, Jeff, and Kevin not only got the pipes flowing again but they also showed me with a camera the condition of the pipes and the root of my plumbing issue. They helped me understand the problem and what needs to happen to prevent further issues. They were friendly, thorough, and informative. I highly recommend their services.

I have used Bank Quarles for years because of Nick Watkins. He have done excellent job with my air conditioner. He is a asset to the company. He always nice and friendly. I appreciate all he do.

It's incredibly the young man that came out to the house on Monday to look at my air conditioner unit, talked about the time he met my mother that when she first got the unit whoever she had previous never replaced the old parts to the new unit and she no longer used the company she had before so she stayed with banks because. I thought that was nice for him to tell me that. It's nice to know when people like their customers and they remember soon the things about them. Thank you for that.😊 I hope I can be just as good of a customer to you all as my mother has been.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received from any company. Nick W. is very sharp and a true professional. He went above and beyond to make sure the diagnosis was on the mark and there were no other issues after the repair was completed, even replacing the air filters I've been putting off for a few weeks.

Nick and his assistant were very professional and were able to fix my fairly new heating system. He is an excellent diagnostician when it comes to these types of problems. I appreciate his ability to fix this problem and upgrade some old wiring around the inside unit. I would definitely recommend Banks Quarles and their services.

My toilet tank broke last night. I had appointments this morning and didn’t call until after lunch. Tonight I have a new toilet!

Banks Quarles failed to show up for a scheduled appointment three separate days over the course of a week and a half! Each day (after I spent all day waiting), they texted me saying they couldn't get to me and were bumping me to the next day. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Don't believe their "we can't wait to show you our five star service" slogan, it's just a slogan and not backed up by reality. If you want to actually have someone show up to fix your issue, call a different company. 👎👎👎

Had our 6 month check on all of the HVAC and heater and electrical and 2 months ago had a toilet replaced. Everyone that came to our house was amazing. This company and their staff are them best people around

The representative, Josh, that came out to our home this morning was amazing! I called yesterday about midday but they weren't able to come until this morning. However, it was first thing so I know they sent someone as soon as possible. I had not had any water at all for two days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within an hour. I am more than satisfied. Since I rent my home, my landlord was contacted for all the payment information. However, Josh, was very professional and he helped me understand what had happened and what he had to do to fix the problem. In the future, if it is up to me, Banks Quarles will be the only company my family uses.
