Banks Quarles Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical

Bank Quarles installed a whole house generator for me. The electrician, Chris, told me to call if I had any problems, especially, if the red light in the unit came on. Well, the red light did come on a few months later. I call the office, made an appointment and Chris came out the next day. It took him all of 5 minutes to reset it !!! Bank Quarles is the BEST !! I highly recommend them for any electrical and/or plumbing need. Chris is my go-to guy for electrical. Jason and Thomas are the best for plumbing. Thank you so much!!!

Chris was on time, friendly and professional as usual. He wore his protective gear at all times. He did the seasonal A/C maintenance again efficiently. He discussed everything with me and is very helpful. He also went over everything about the service & recommendations as he'd written up with me at the end of the appointment. Everything done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

The service that was proposed to me was far less than what was actually performed. A price of $499 was quoted. I thought that was high, but approved the work to be done. The actual service only required $20.00 in materials and 30 minutes of labor, and the service rep used my ladder and screwdriver to do the work! I called to complain and was told by three people that they would push the issue up the chain-of-command, then call me back. None of the three ever called back, requiring me to continue to call them, further adding to my dissatisfaction. I was misled and ripped off on the cost of the service, but will never do business with Banks-Quarles again. They will only receive bad reviews and recommendations to do business elsewhere from me.

Our technician's name was Michael Grove. He was the consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable and had us fixed in a matter of minutes. We appreciated his work so much that we signed up for the VIP Comfort Club. Because of this one encounter, I plan to recommend Banks Quarels to everyone I can.

Jonathan was very personable and efficient. After checking everything, he provided me with three different options and helped me set up financing so that I could afford to get all of my problems fixed immediately. He explained the problems, answered questions, and, in short, provided an excellent standard of customer service. I will use the company again, and will ask for this technician by name.

The guys from banks were able to rush out same day and had my system jetted and running faster than I could have imagined. They were professional, courteous, and thorough, explained everything and showed me what was going on.

Christian & Kodi installed a new 5 ton system for us this past week. They arrived on time and worked all day to remove the old system and install the new system. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. We are extremely pleased with the entire Banks Quarles experience and the team .
