Did a professional job installing ne.kiltchen faucet,BUT HE CHARGED $500.00 for one installationF#,, I need 2 faucets installed in my master bath but I cannot drop a thousand dollars for install'' ruon.j!!

Updated review- Banks Quarles just called to cancel my appt today that was confirmed about a month ago. Seems like this company has a difficult time living up to their promise to customers. They excel in their lack of dependability and reliability.

Third time that Banks Quarles has not been able to fulfill my electrical inspection per my service contract. Now having to reschedule for a 4th time. Don’t trust them.

I’m constricted to time management, because I am a truck driver with limited time home. This company has worked with my limited availability at home for years, going out of the way to accommodate my needs…or trying their best to make sure I’m taken care of. The service technicians that come out treat me more like a lifelong friend that they are visiting, as opposed to another service call. This is probably why I have stuck with them this many years; it helps to see a familiar face and catch up on things since I’ve been gone, as opposed to someone saying “I’m here to check your unit. Sign here….then they are gone. I’ve never had a bad experience with this company.

Banks Quarles fixed the burst pipe, but it took 2 calls for this to happen. First time, the pipe was frozen and the plumber repaired a valve. The pipe was still frozen when he left. The next day, the pipe unfroze, but water was trickling outside. I was told I was put on the schedule and waited practically all day with no word. I finally called them again and was told the plumber was tied up with other jobs and wouldn't be able to come back until Monday, which was 2 days later. I had to call someone else to turn off my water. When the plumber returned, he found the pipe burst in 3 places. He replaced the damaged pipe. Thank you, Michael.

The plumber was professional and efficient. He gave me several options at different price points. He thoroughly explained his work after completing it. During our conversation, he shared how much he loves working for B-Q. He said they have great benefits, pay, and ongoing training. I’d rather pay a little more to do business with a reliable company who values its team than to save money with a company that doesn’t treat employees well.

A/C was running and blowing hot air, Bob came by assessed the situation and restored my heating and cooling system in less than an hour. Bob was very polished and professional and I would recommend him again! Great work Bob!

Nick was extremely helpful! He knew immediately what the issue was with our AC and explained everything since we of course had a lot of questions with this being our first issue in our home. We really appreciate his help & we are feeling comfortable in our house again.
