Our technician was James and he arrived early after making sure it was okay. James knew what was wrong with my a/c based on my description over the phone and had our air working quickly. James was friendly and professional on the phone and in person.

Derrick showed up on time with a prior phone call with his eta. He worked hard, serviceD everything, made the repairs. Great, great! Wonderful company to deal with from the first phone call to the completed service. I knew what the charge would be before he started the work. No surprises. Use these folks with confidence.

I gave 3 stars only because the tech was polite. I needed a pressure check on gas line. They explained how much and if they found anything else the would add that. So I paid $79 service fee just for them to come out and tell me the exact thing I was told over the phone. Said he would come back to do the pressure check next day. I recieved a appointment text. No one showed i took half a day off because they gave a 3 hr window when i called operator said my appointment was for the 9th. The text clearly said the 8th and that was the day i agreed to. Just disappointed. No worries I just switched to all electric.

6-4-22 Chad showed up, very professional, checked air conditioning unit, replace a.part that had gone bad. It has already started cooling some in house. I am so happy I have the yearly repair and.maintenance plan with 1 hour. They are so great to work with. Thanks for everything! 12-3-21 worked with Keon, excellent service, very personable, besides the checkup of heating/air, also change out the UV light due to being right at 3 years. 6 mos. Checkup on new heating and air system, UV light and thermostat. Checked out air filter flow.as well. Stated all well! Reminded me to change air filter in Feb.2021. Loved working with the tech Saundr, Staffney. Great personality, answered all my questions, etc.
The company itself are wonderful too. Never had any major issues, everyone is great to work with. While cost may be a little more, they are worth it for the awesome service and professional care they give.

James helped me and my husband get a new unit for our home very satisfied, our home is finally cold and not hot. The young man Sedric who put the unit in was on time and very professional and it didn't take all day. Sedric came back out just to answer questions that my husband had concerns about and he was very professional and understanding about what my husband was wondering about. Thank you again.
